- The Kindred, Part 2 : Beckett was apparently cloned by Michael and his clone had no idea. He appears to be dying.
- The Seed : Beckett is finally removed from the stasis chamber and possibly "cured". He also creates the phage that destroys the pathogen threatening the Atlantis base before returning to Earth to recover.
