Episode Description
Sheppard is trapped with Ronon below the rubble of the Michael's exploded compound. Sheppard is injured but Ronon refuses to leave him trapped. In another section of the crumpled compound, McKay--trapped with injured Lorne--realizes Michael rigged the self-destruct to send a subspace burst notifying him of any attempts to compromise his compound.
With Michael's Wraith Cruiser on the way, the Atlantis team's rescue seems in dire jeopardy. Can Carter and the others save the survivors, or will Michael reach them first?

Thoughts and Comments About Search and Rescue
I enjoyed Search and Rescue. Even more so when it was confirmed that one of my Atlantis favorites (Zelenka) wasn't in the building that collapsed around Sheppard, Ronon, and McKay.
It ended an arch that spanned several episodes, and it worked to wrap up several stories without detracting from any of them. I look forward to watching it again soon.
