Atlantis Movie, First of Many?
Atlantis movie is a go. Expect to see it after the end of the Atlantis series.
The future of Atlantis is in movies
MGM has posted a press release on the MGM website about the future of Atlantis. After the series finale, the SCI FI Channel will air a 2 hour movie to entertain us Atlantis fans.
I've commented on the Atlantis movie press release at Stargate Atlantis Fan, so I won't repeat myself here.
MGM says the movie will premiere on SCI FI Channel before going on sale as a DVD. The press release says there's a future for Stargate and Atlantis is the movies.
My opinion? This may be the only Atlantis movie that makes it.
